We believe that we can build social trust and reliability through thorough compliance and through the spirit and conduct of legal compliance, and we will implement corporate activities that can fully respond to the demands of society.

1.Basic Policy
All executives and employees of TOZEN Corporation will implement fair corporate activities based on the compliance with laws and regulations and correct ethical standards, and then provide high-value-added products and services to customers.

2.Corporate Code of Conduct
We will comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and act as follows with the correct ethical standards.

(3) We will endeavor to provide accurate corporate information to our customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
(4) We will strictly handle personal and customer-related information and will not do anything that falls under infringement of rights.
(5) We will respect the human rights of each, and will strive to create an environment in which each employee can demonstrate his or her individuality, ability, and motivation at the initiative of our company.
(6) We will take recent environmental problems seriously and actively work to protect and conserve them.
(7) We are committed to contributing to society through our business activities in a spirit of coexistence and co-prosperity with society, our customers and related parties.

(9) We will properly manage and operate the various assets of our company in accordance with laws and our company regulations.

3.Promotion System for Compliance
We have established the Compliance Committee and will work closely with the Board of Directors, the highest decision-making body of the company, to ensure that our entire company is committed to compliance-oriented management.

4.Internal Reporting System
We have established two contact windows, one internal reporting and one external legal counsel in order to detect at an early stage and take precautions against possible violations of legal and compliance.
